When you send a brief or an email, we collect what you give us. That is your name, work email, company, website and brief.

Our host, Vercel, records basic usage data without cookies: pages viewed, referrer, country and device type. We do not use advertising cookies.

We use your brief to reply to you and to prepare a quote. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering a request you sent, and steps you asked for before a contract.

We use usage data to see which pages help visitors. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in running the site.

We share data only with the services that run the site and our email: Vercel (hosting and analytics) and our email provider. Each one acts as our processor under a data processing agreement.

Some of these services store data outside the EEA. Where they do, they rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.

We never sell your data, and we never add you to a marketing list.

We keep a brief and the emails about it for 24 months after our last contact, then delete them. If you become a client, we keep records as long as Irish law requires.

You can also complain to the Data Protection Commission in Ireland (dataprotection.ie). In the UK, you can complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk).

In a client build, the client controls its prospect and customer data. We act as its processor under a written agreement. The client is the sender of record for any outbound email.
